Tierranjani Africa Ltd. is a boutique consulting company working on responsible tourism development and sustainability in East Africa and the wider African context. Tourism is one of the contributors to carbon emissions and global warming. It contributes up to 8% of global emissions. We believe that working as a responsible and inclusive business, we can make a change, step by step. Working with the tourism industry, we aim to the tourism sector stepping up its game, offering sustainable and inclusive travel experiences that promote a regenerative tourism approach. Tierranjani is one of the supporting organisations of the Kenya Plastic Pact and supports also the International Waste Platform in their efforts towards net zero and circular approaches. The team is also certified as Travelife coaches and auditors, Green Destination auditors, and works with The Pledge to reduce food waste in the hospitality industry.
