Regenerative Travel

Regenerative Travel was built as a community that supports hotels as they continually seek to embody the values of regeneration. We promote the continual coevolution of each hotel by fostering best practice sharing, accountability through data collection and analysis, and by bringing diverse perspectives to the forefront.

 

Regenerative Travel taps into the knowledge of internal and external networks to draw out and share best practice in regeneration and hospitality. We focus on practical solutions that are applicable to small independent hotels. By highlighting practical tools, key insights, and diverse perspectives, we aim to help hotels align their operations with their values. We help our hotels measure and communicate their impact across 29 metrics that demonstrate how each property contributes to the community and place where they are located. Our standards connect to broader frameworks such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals and B Corp certification, but are customized for small hotels.

 

We encourage all members of the Regenerative Travel community to continuously replenish and repair in order to create abundance where there was scarcity. We champion our hotels as environmental stewards, and recognize that broad social equality is vital to environmental survival. We believe in promoting regeneration to everyone we touch, including our clients and shareholders, for whom we do not compromise our values. Our goals and standards constantly evolve because we listen to the world around us. We plan for the next generation. We are never finished.
